Subscriptions will not cover kits, equipment and presentation day activities so teams will need to find a sponsor, fund raise or just charge parents the cost of the kits to buy the teams kit for the season

Race nights / sports mans dinner

If doing fundraising please ensure you have a few of you involved in cash handling that sign each time you have any income / outgoings and share this info regularly with parents so they know how much is in the teams kitty to protect yourself from parents calculating what is in the pot and making false accusations.
