To sign a child to your team email msvplayerreg@gmail.com with full name, FAN Number, Date of birth and a photo of their Id then state what team, suffix and age they are signing for.

 

 You then need to pay £20 signing fee to the following account details 

  Account name - Riverside Juniors FC / Acc Num - 65768268 / Sort Code -30-99-50  (Use childs name as reference when sending over signing fee) -

IF ITS AT START OF SEASON AND YOUR SENDING MONEY FOR MULTIPLE PLAYERS STATE TEAM NAME AS REFERENCE

 

IF A PLAYER DOES NOT HAVE A FAN NUMBER AS THEY HAVE NOT PLAYED TJFA  BEFORE THEN THE PARENT will need to create 2 FAN numbers, one for them as parent/guardian and one for their child. Please create the parent/guardian FAN first.

Please note if they have an older child who plays football or the parent currently plays football they will already have a FAN, and all they need to do is add a child onto their account.

 

Parent MUST ensure they add a photo to their childs profile, use correct date of birth and state if they are male / female on the FA profile
